Abstract: Relationships Knowledge With the Mother of Breast Feeding Pattens in the. Breast milk is the ideal food both physiologically and biologically for infants in early life given. Scope of breastfeeding exclusively in Indonesia is still very low 15.3% of new babies who are breastfeeding exclusively up to six months by the based on data Riskesdas. Health Department of Pangkalpinang coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in 2010 is 30.10%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of exclusive breastfeeding with infant growth and development in the Work Area Melintang Health Center Pangkalpinang Bangka Belitung Province 2013.This type of research is quantitative research and analytical method is a method of research that is conducted with the main purpose of examining the relationship a situation objectively. The approach used is cross sectional.dengan use univariate analysis, and Bivariate. Results of research conducted in health centers ie transverse significant p value of 0.041 is no significant relationship between breastfeeding Exclusive to the growth of the baby, and the results of analysis p value of 0.057 means that this is not a significant association between exclusive breastfeeding on infant development. The researchers suggested to support breastfeeding mothers to be able to give exclusive breastfeeding from the beginning of pregnancy as a preparation for childbirth, during labor continued through Early Initiation of Breastfeeding by Exclusive breastfeeding until the baby was 6 months and continued breastfeeding up to 2 years old child.

Abstrak: Hubungan Pengetahun Ibu Dengan Pola Pemberian Asi. ASI adalah makanan ideal baik secara fisiologis dan biologis untuk bayi pada awal kehidupan yang diberikan . Lingkup menyusui secara eksklusif di Indonesia masih sangat rendah 15,3 % dari bayi baru yang sedang menyusui secara eksklusif sampai enam bulan dengan berdasarkan data Riskesdas . Departemen Kesehatan cakupan Pangkalpinang pemberian ASI eksklusif pada tahun 2010 adalah 30.10 % . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan pertumbuhan bayi dan pembangunan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Melintang Pangkalpinang Provinsi Bangka Belitung 2013.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan metode analisis adalah metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama memeriksa hubungan situasi obyektif . Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional.dengan menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di pusat-pusat kesehatan yaitu nilai p melintang signifikan 0,041 ada hubungan yang signifikan antara ASI eksklusif bagi pertumbuhan bayi , dan hasil analisis nilai p 0,057 berarti bahwa ini bukan hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi pembangunan.Para peneliti menyarankan untuk mendukung ibu menyusui untuk dapat memberikan ASI eksklusif dari awal kehamilan sebagai persiapan untuk melahirkan , selama persalinan berlanjut melalui Inisiasi Menyusui Dini dengan ASI eksklusif sampai bayi berusia 6 bulan dan terus menyusui sampai usia 2 tahun anak..
