Abstract:HIV/AIDSBehaviours of Shamales (Transgenders) and Famale Sex Wokers Around in Kalianda.The growing number of cases of HIV / AIDS each year , both national, provincial and district/city level . In Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, on 2005 amounted to only 4 people and on 2013 to be 44 The Man With HIV/AIDS (ODHA) . The geographical position of South Lampung district is southeast tip of Sumatra island and makes migration into the gate of the island of Sumatra to Java provides an opportunity occurs of disease transmission, including HIV/AIDS. Improvement of HIV / AIDS or transmission and chain termination coaching them through high-risk groups . The coaching has been done through the Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS (KPA) Lampung Selatan, Women groups including Famale Sex Workers (Wanita Pekerja Seks/WPS)) and behave Shemale (Transgender) in the prevention of HIV/AIDS.The aim this study is the behavior sex workers (Wanita Pekerja Seks/WPS) and behave Shemale that has been coaching by the Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS (KPA) Lampung Selatan. This research method is qualitative with approach Verivikatif-Descriptive, the group interviewed Female Sex Workers (FSW) and Transgender, with FGD Techniques and Triangulation and Depth Interviews , with triangulation of sources such as VCT Clinic , KPA and South Lampung Hospital Kalianda. The results of this study are behavioral prevention of HIV/AIDS among Female Sex Workers (FSW) and Transgender around Kalianda City. Even though their knowledge and attitude is not good. However, several other variables that describe as a predictor of such seriousness, vulnerability, anxiety, benefits and barriers to behavior that illustrate the positive (good) on the prevention of HIV/AIDS.

Abstrak: Perilaku Pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada Kelompok Wanita Pekerja Seks (WPS) dan Waria di Kalianda.Meningkatnya jumlah kasus penyakit HIV/AIDS setiap tahun, baik secara nasional, provinsi maupun tingkat kabupaten/kota. Di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan tahun 2005 hanya berjumlah 4 orang, tahun 2013 menjadi 44 Orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Letak geografis Kabupaten Lampung Selatan diujung tenggara pulau Sumatra menjadi pintu gerbang pulau migrasi pulau Sumatra ke pulau Jawa memberi peluang terjadi penularan penyakit termasuk HIV/AIDS. Upaya penanggulangan penyakit HIV/AIDS atau pemutusan mata rantai penularan diantaranya melalui pembinaan kelompok-kelompok resiko tinggi. Pembinaan yang telah dilakukan tersebut melalui KPA Lampung Selatan diantaranya kelompok Wanita Pekerja Seks (WPS) dan Waria dalam berperilaku terhadap pencegahan penyakit HIV/AIDS.Tujuan penelitain, mengetahui perilaku WPS danWaria yang telah di bina oleh KPA Lampung Selatan terhadap penyakit HIV/AIDS.Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif Verivikatif, yaitu mewawancarai kelompok Wanita Pekerja Seks (WPS) dan Waria, dengan teknik FGD dan triangulasi melalaui wawancara mendalam, dengan melalui trianggulasi sumber-sumber seperti dari Klinik VCT, KPA dan Dinas Kesehatan Lampung Selatan.Hasil penelitian, perilaku pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada kelompok WPS dan Waria di Kalianda dan sekiratnya sangat baik, walaupun pengetahun dan sikap mereka kurang baik. Namun beberapa variabel lain yang menggambarkan sebagai prediktor seperti keseriusan, kerentanan, kecemasan, manfaat dan hambatan-hambatan menggambarkan ke arah perilaku positif (baik) terhadap pencegahan penyakit HIV/AIDS.
