Abstract :DiscriptionVaginal Candidiasis Infections Several foster Children.Whitish vaginal candidiasis is a disease caused by the fungus candida . Reproductive organs received less attention in everyday life , especially in terms of health and hygiene, an interview results in several foster children who are adult in Metro City had symptoms of vaginal discharge. Is descriptive research aimed to determine the frequency destribusi vaginal candidiasis infection and hygiene behavior genetalia overview of foster children in Metro City. The experiment was conducted in 3 places in Metro City, vaginal candidiasis examination conducted in UPTD Regional Health Laboratory Tandjungkarang Bandar Lampung . When the study was conducted in November, s/d December 2012. The population was female foster children who had adult totaling 137 people . Simple random sample was taken of 60 samples , the vaginal examination materials grown on media Sabaroud Dextrose Agar (SDA), in the identification of gram staining, followed by sugar test . Positive test results on the Candida albicans fungus infected foster children in 3 orphanages by 13 people ( 21.66 % ) , where the rate of infection in each orphanage is : 12.5 % Budi Utomo, Tuma’ ninah Yasin 30 % and Mambaul Ulum 0%. Description of the  behavior of a relatively  good hygiene genetalia 14.72%, 63.88% were behaving badly Behaved and 21.38%..

Abstrak : gambaran infeksi candidiasis vaginapada anak asuh di panti asuhan. Candidiasis vagina merupakan penyakit keputihan yang disebabkan oleh jamur candida. Organ reproduksi kurang mendapatkan perhatian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari terutama dalam hal kesehatan dan kebersihannya. Hasil wawancara beberapa anak asuh yang sudah akhir baliq di Panti Asuhan Kota Metro memiliki gejala keputihan. Penelitian bersifat deskriftif bertujuan untuk mengetahui destribusi frekuensi infeksi candidiasis vagina dan gambaran perilaku higiene genetalia anak asuh. Tempat penelitian di 3 Panti Asuhan Kota Metro, pemeriksaan Candidiasis vagina dilakukan di UPTD Balai Laboratorium Kesehatan Daerah Tanjungkarang Bandar Lampung. Waktu penelitian pada bulan Nopember s/d Desember 2012. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak asuh berjenis kelamin perempuan yang sudah akhir baliq yang berjumlah 137 orang. Sampel diambil secara acak sederhana berjumlah 60 sampel, bahan pemeriksaan yaitu sekret vagina ditanam pada media Sabaroud Dekstrose Agar ( SDA ), di identifikasi dengan pewarnaan gram, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji gula-gula. Hasil pemeriksaan positif terinfeksi jamur Candida albicans pada anak asuh di 3 Panti Asuhan sebesar 13 orang (21,66 %), dimana angka infeksi di masing-masing panti asuhan sbb : Budi Utomo 12,5 %, Tuma’ninah Yasin 30 % dan Mambaul Ulum 0 %. Gambaran perilaku Higiene genetalia yang tergolong baik 14,72%, berperilaku sedang 63,88% dan yang berperilaku buruk 21,38%.
