Intervensi Jus Wortel terhadap Pasien Hipertensi: Systematic Literature Review of True-Experimental Design

Abstract

Tekanan darah tinggi atau hipertensi adalah tekanan darah sistolik >140mmHg dan tekanan diastolik >90mmHg. Buah dan atau sayuran bisa menguranginya. Wortel merupakan salah satu sayuran penurun tekanan darah tinggi/hipertensi yang terdiri dari kalium, beta karoten, dan magnesium. Tujuan penelitian untuk meninjau literatur secara sistematis dan melakukan meta-analisis berdasarkan desain eksperimental nyata. Metode yang digunakan dengan mencari literatur dan database elektronik utama yaitu Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, JSTOR, PubMed NCBI, dan Science Direct yang diterbitkan pada 2011-2021. Untuk menilai kualitas artikel yang digunakan di Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) dan diurutkan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi-eksklusi mengikuti PRISMA. Dua ratus sembilan artikel dimasukkan dalam meta-analisis dan diambil review dari 8 artikel kriteria inklusi. Jumlah rerata intervensi jus wortel berpengaruh terhadap sistolik 7,67mm/Hg dan rerata tekanan darah diastolik 25,62mm/Hg cukup menurunkan tekanan darah dengan sistolik 5,6mm/Hg dan diastolik 11,57mm/Hg. Berdasarkan desain eksperimen kebenaran jus wortel berkontribusi terhadap penurunan tekanan darah/hipertensi sistolik dan diastolik.
