Electronic Filing

Jurnal Analis Kesehatan uses an electronic journal management system to receive, process, review, and publish manuscripts. Authors must submit manuscripts through the journal’s official Open Journal Systems (OJS) website. Submission by email may be accepted only when specifically authorized by the journal management.

4.1. Submission documents

As applicable, authors should prepare the following documents:

  • The main manuscript file, prepared in accordance with the journal’s format.
  • The names and affiliations of all authors, correspondence details, and information about the corresponding author.
  • A statement of originality and confirmation of approval from all authors.
  • Declarations of conflicts of interest and funding sources.
  • Information on research ethics approval and participant consent, where relevant.
  • A declaration of generative AI use, where relevant.
  • Tables, figures, research instruments, and other required supplementary files.
  • Author-identifying information should be kept separate from the main manuscript when necessary to support double-blind peer review.

4.2. Verification and communication

The journal checks each submission for administrative completeness, fit with the journal’s scope, clarity of reporting, and initial indications of possible ethical violations. Authors are responsible for monitoring manuscript status through OJS and responding to editorial requests within the specified time limits.

4.3. Security and confidentiality

Manuscript information, author data, reviewer comments, and editorial documents may be accessed only by authorized individuals in accordance with their roles. Such information must not be used for personal benefit or disclosed without proper authorization. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Decisions are based on editorial evaluation and scholarly review.
