PENGARUH PROGRAM KELAS IBU TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III TENTANG TEKNIK MENERAN

Abstract :pengaruh program kelas ibu terhadap  pengetahuan Ibu hamil trimester III  tentang teknik meneran. Class mothers with a means to learn about the health of pregnant women in the form of face-to- face in a group that aims to improve the knowledge and skills of mothers about pregnancy and childbirth . The problem in this research is the implementation class for Mother have never done an evaluation of the program on maternal knowledge it is not known class effect of the program on knowledge pregnant mothers . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the program on knowledge -class mothers third trimester pregnant women about pregnancy and childbirth at Puskesmas Banjarsari.The study design pre - experiment with one group pretest - posttest , the population, all pregnant mothers who attend classes November - December 2012 amounted to 50 persons ( total sample ) . The collection of data in the form of a questionnaire filled by pregnant women before and after the implementation of the class mother, analyzed of univariate and bivariate analysis with paired t - test test .The results showed an average score of mother's knowledge prior to attending class mothers 18.10, after the mother classes increased to 24.44 . The mean value of the difference between knowledge scores before and after the mother's mother's class 6.34 with a standard deviation of 2.066 , the statistical test results obtained p value of 0.000, ( p value < 0.05 ) , meaning that there is a significant difference between the knowledge of the mother before mother and after classes.The conclusion of this study is that there is a class effect of the implementation of the program on knowledge pregnant mothers about pregnancy and childbirth at Puskesmas Banjarsari in 2012 .Sidomulyo expected for health centers to continue to implement classroom activities in order to improve the mother's knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy and childbirth.

Abstrak : pengaruh program kelas ibu terhadap  pengetahuan Ibu hamil trimester III  tentang teknik meneran. Kelas ibu  merupakan sarana untuk belajar bersama tentang kesehatan bagi ibu hamil dalam bentuk tatap muka secara kelompok bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu mengenai kehamilan dan persalinan. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah selama pelaksanaan kelas ibu belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi program terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil sehingga belum diketahui pengaruh program kelas ibu terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui pengaruh program kelas ibu terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester  III tentang kehamilan dan persalinan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banjarsari.Rancangan penelitian pre-experiment dengan one group pretest-posttest. Populasi, semua ibu hamil yang mengikuti kelas ibu  bulan November - Desember 2012  berjumlah 50 orang (sampel total). Pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner yang diisi oleh ibu hamil sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan kelas ibu, analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji  paired t-tes.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor pengetahuan ibu sebelum mengikuti kelas ibu 18,10, sesudah mengikuti kelas ibu meningkat menjadi 24,44. Nilai mean perbedaan skor antara pengetahuan ibu sebelum dan sesudah kelas ibu 6,34 dengan standar deviasi  2,066, hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p value 0,000, (p value< 0,05), artinya ada perbedaan signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu sebelum dan setelah mengikuti kelas ibu. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh dilaksanakannya program kelas ibu terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kehamilan dan persalinan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banjarsari tahun 2012. Diharapkan bagi Puskesmas Sidomulyo untuk tetap melaksanakan kegiatan kelas ibu dalam rangka peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kehamilan dan persalinan.
