Abstract: The effect Leadership Training on The implementation ofnursing careManagement standardsby the Head Nurse to Commitment Nursing to Implement MPKP. The application ofnursing carestandardsinthe roomis veryimportantfor the sustainability ofthe provision ofqualitynursing caretoclientswhereneeded for a leaderwhocanmove theheadnurseroomunderneathtowork according totheir role and functioninapplying themodel ofprofessional nursingpractice.Designresearch isquasyexperiment,form designused"The non-equivalent control group withpreandpost test design". Inthis design, there are two groups:interventionandcontrolgroups, whichare notchosen randomly.The statistical testusedthe WilcoxonandMannWhitneytest. The levelof commitmentof nursesinMPKPmengimplemetasikanafter trainingin the control groupandthe interventiongroupwas no significant difference. thevalue ofzis-2.093andp>0.05. This showsnoeffectof training onleadershipstandardsimplementationheadroom(Karu) against thecommitmentof nursesin implementingMPKPInHospitalCurupRejangLebong. After gettingleadership trainingthere are differencesinthe averagelevel ofcommitmentmengimplemetasikanPNPMnursesin the control groupwiththe intervention groupin terms ofthe implementation ofPNPMInHospitalCurupRejangLebong.                                .

Abstrak: Pengaruh Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Pelaksanaan Standar Manajemen Pelayanan Keperawatan Karu Dalam Komitmen Perawat Mengimplementasikan MPKP. Penerapan standar pelayanan keperawatan di ruangan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi keberlangsungan pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas terhadap klien dimana diperlukan seorang pimpinan kepala ruangan yang dapat menggerakkan perawat dibawahnya untuk bekerja sesuai peran dan fungsinya dalam menerapkan model praktek keperawatan profesional.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy experiment, Bentuk desain yang digunakan “The non equivalent control group with pre and post test designâ€. Dalam desain ini terdapat dua kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kontrol, yang tidak dipilih secara random. Uji statistik yang digunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney.Tingkat komitmen perawat dalam mengimplemetasikan MPKP sesudah pelatihan pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi ada perbedaan yang bermakna. dengan nilai z adalah - 2,093 dan p >0,05. Hal ini menunjukan ada pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kepemimpinan pelaksanaan standar kepala ruangan (Karu) terhadap komitmen perawat dalam mengimplementasikan MPKP Di RSUD Curup Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Setelah mendapatkan pelatihan kepemimpinan terdapat perbedaanreratatingkat komitmen perawat dalam mengimplemetasikan MPKPpada kelompokkontroldengankelompok intervensidalamhal pelaksanaan MPKP Di RSUD Curup Kabupaten Rejang Lebong.
