Abstract

The spread of the coronavirus first appeared in Wuhan, China, this virus is a virus with a high transmission rate. Coronavirus can spread easily through human intermediaries. The purpose of this research is to find out, explore and understand more deeply the experiences of people who undergo the Rapid Antigen Test. The qualitative method and the participant phenomenological approach were carried out by purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique. The sample used was 10 participants. This research was conducted by means of open interviews so as to produce detailed answers. The number of participants was 10 consisting of 3 men, 3 and 7 women. The results of the interviews that most of the participants have a fairly large understanding of the antigen test. Almost all participants know how the rapid test works. Participants have feelings of anxiety and fear when deciding on a rapid antigen test because many of the surrounding environments have been affected by the Covid-19 virus after carrying out the test. The role of medical personnel is very influential for the community in providing guidance on Rapid Antigen Tests for the prevention of Covid-19.
