Uji Diagnostik Pemeriksaan Sifilis Metode Chemiluminescence Microparticle Immunoassay (CMIA) terhadap Treponema Pallidum Haemaglutination Assay (TPHA)

Sifilis merupakan penyakit menular seksual yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Treponema Pallidum, angka infektifitas penularan sifilis terkait dengan golongan umur seksual aktif dan bayi yang ditularkan oleh ibu melalui plasenta. Pemeriksaan sifilis pada populasi umum harus mengunakan metode Gold Standart, yakni TPHA (Treponema Pallidum Haemaglutination Assay). Uji Treponemal yang digunakan di laboratorium selain TPHA yaitu menggunakan metode CMIA (Chemiluminescene Microparticle Imunoassay) yang berkontribusi dalam upaya mendiagnosis perkembangan penyakit sifilis yang semakin parah dan mencegah penularan sifilis baik melalui hubungan seksual maupun penularan dari ibu ke janin pada saat kehamilan secara otomatis dan cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah CMIA sifilis memiliki kedekatan nilai dengan Gold Standart nya yaitu TPHA dengan cara melakukan perbandingan terhadap 50 sampel terduga sifilis kemudian dilakukan pengujian menggunakan dua metode TPHA dan CMIA sifilis secara bersamaan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan perhitungan uji diagnostik dan hasil perhitungan yang didapatkan yakni sensitivitas 96,55%, spesifisitas 90,47%, nilai duga positif 93%, nilai duga negatif 95% dan akurasi 94% dari data tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode CMIA sifilis memiliki kedekatan nilai dengan standardnya yakni TPHA, sehingga layak dilakukan sebagai diagnosis pemeriksaan sifilis dengan sistem Immunoassay otomatis untuk mengurangi kesalahan yang bergantung pada orang tersebut ,terutama saat memantau perubahan titer pada aglutinasi.References
