ABSTRACT: The success of Supplementary Feeding Program-Recovery For Toddlers in Bandar Lampung. Prevalence of underweight children under five and very thin in the city of Bandar Lampung are above condition is considered serious (15.2%). Necessary to control and reduce the incidence of underweight children under five malnutrition through PMT-P, hereinafter referred to PMP. Results of preliminary studies in early May 2012 found several problems, namely: weighing the recipient toddler PMT-P is not routinely done every month, so the results are not optimal and the reporting of the results of the PMT-P for a toddler to the Department of Health in 2011 halting. This study aims to determine the relationship with the successful operational management functions PMT-P program of Bandar Lampung on 2011.Desain year research study is a cross sectional analytic approach. The study population was all over the Executive Power of Nutrition at the health center of Bandar Lampung some 28 people, and is the total sample population. Data collected by direct interviews using a structured questionnaire. Data analysis includes univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes. The results showed more than 64.3% has a good execution plan, 46.4% of respondents to exercise properly, 60.7% of respondents with good monitoring, 50% of respondents do good recording, 71.4% of respondents assessed good, and 75% of respondents reporting the implementation of the well, as well as 60.7%) of respondents had success PMT-P program is good. Relationship analysis results showed no relationship planning, execution, recording, assessment and reporting to the success of the PMT-P program. Recommended for the next researcher can conduct research with quantitative and qualitative methods, in order to obtain a detailed description of the operational management of PMT-P for toddlers.

Abstrak : Keberhasilan program pemberian makanan tambahan-pemulihan untuk balita di Kota Bandar Lampung. Prevalensi balita kurus dan sangat kurus di kota Bandar Lampung berada di atas kondisi yang dianggap serius (15,2 %). Perlu dilakukan penanggulangan gizi kurang dan menekan kejadian gizi buruk anak balita melalui PMT-P yang selanjutnya disebut PMT-P. Hasil studi pendahuluan pada awal bulan Mei 2012 ditemukan beberapa masalah, yaitu : penimbangan terhadap balita penerima PMT-P tidak rutin dilakukan setiap bulan, sehingga hasilnya tidak maksimal dan pelaporan hasil kegiatan PMT-P untuk balita ke Dinas Kesehatan pada tahun 2011 tersendat-sendat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fungsi manajemen operasional dengan keberhasilan program PMT-P Kota Bandar Lampung pada Tahun 2011. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Tenaga Pelaksana Gizi di Puskesmas Kota Bandar Lampung sejumlah 28 orang, dan sampel penelitian adalah total populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari 64,3% memiliki perencanaan pelaksanaan yang baik, 46,4% responden melakukan pelaksanaan dengan baik, 60,7% responden melakukan pemantauan dengan baik, 50% responden melakukan pencatatan yang baik, 71,4% responden melakukan penilaian yang baik, dan 75% responden melakukan pelaporan pelaksanaan dengan baik, serta 60,7%) responden memiliki keberhasilan program PMT-P yang baik. Hasil analisis hubungan menunjukkan ada hubungan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pencatatan, penilaian dan pelaporan dengan keberhasilan program PMT-P.Disarankan untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, agar diperoleh gambaran secara detil tentang manajemen operasional PMT-P untuk balita.
