Abstract

Salah satu tantangan dalam kerja tim adalah konflik. Resolusi konflik interprofessional merupakan sebuah kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan konflik dengan berkolaborasi antar profesi. Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi konsep interprofessional conflict resolution. Penulisan menggunakan pendekatan tematik dengan pencarian jurnal melalui Sciencedirect, EBSCO, dan PMC, dengan kata kunci “interprofessional conflict resolution†dan “nursing educationâ€, antara tahun 2008-2019. Hasil menunjukan  resolusi konflik interprofessional merupakan sebuah kompetensi yang didalamnya terdapat kolaborasi antar profesi dalam menyelesaikan konflik. Penyebab umum konflik yaitu ambiguitas peran dan kurangnya keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal antar anggota profesi. Strategi penyelesaiannya adalah kolaborasi yang melibatkan semua unsur di klinik maupun di perguruan tinggi. Faktor keberhasilan interprofessional conflict resolution adalah self-efficacy, keterampilan komunikasi, dan mendengar. Kesimpulan review perbedaan atau konflik adalah bagian dari interaksi yang sehat dan interaksi konstruktif. Individu, tenaga atau mahasiswa kesehatan harus mampu menyelesaikan konflik, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih sehat untuk semua orang
