GAMBARAN KEBUTUHAN SPIRITUAL PASIEN PRE OPERATIF DI RUANG BEDAH RUMAH SAKIT BANDUNG

Rencana tindakan pembedahan bagi pasien pre operatif merupakan stressor psikososial yang dapat menimbulkan stres, cemas, dan depresi. Kebutuhan spiritual merupakan kebutuhan yang penting untuk membantu pasien pada masa krisis dalam menghadapi penyakitnya, kesehatan atau kematian.      Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kebutuhan spiritual pasien pre operatif di ruang perawatan bedah Rumah Sakit Bandung. Metode sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Accidental Sampling yaitu suatu cara pengambilan sample yang dilakukan dengan mengambil responden yang kebetulan ada atau tersedia dan didapatkan 40 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan lembar kuisioner dan analisis uji Spearmen Rank dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian didapatkan hampir seluruh responden yaitu 32 orang (80,00 %) sangat memerlukan kebutuhan spiritual, dan sisanya sebanyak 8 orang (20,00 %) cukup memerlukan kebutuhan spiritual, ternyata tidak seorangpun responden yang kurang memerlukan akan kebutuhan spiritual. Mengupayakan kualitas pemberian kebutuhan akan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien pre operatif karena hal tersebut sangat mutlak sekali diperlukan oleh pasien yang akan menjalani tindakan pembedahan.
