About the Journal

Journal of Dietetics Science (JDS) publishes peer-reviewed original research papers across the full spectrum of nutritional science covering all aspects of experimental nutrition in humans and other fields such as food technology, food services, and dietetics; special articles such as reviews and biographies of prominent nutrition scientists; and controversial issues in nutrition.

All publications submitted to the journal should have the primary objective of advancing knowledge in nutritional science as their primary objective. Journal of Dietetics Science (JDS) invites submissions that present research on nutritional epidemiology, dietary requirements, metabolic investigations, body composition, energetics, appetite, stunting, wasting, and obesity.

All articles/manuscripts submitted must follow the focus and scope mentioned above. The manuscript submission process, review, editing & layout, and proofreading will be done online using OJS.
