Peningkatan ketrampilan ibu hamil melakukan deteksi tanda bahaya kehamilan menggunakan google classroom pada masa pandemi covid-19

Latar Belakang: Mendeteksi tanda bahaya kehamilan merupakan suatu keterampilan penting bagi ibu hamil untuk mencegah komplikasi kehamilan. Di wilayah Puskesmas Wedi sampai saat ini pelatihan/kelas ibu jarak jauh belum ada di wilayah tersebut serta angka kejadian masalah kehamilan di wilayah Puskesmas Wedi tidak bisa dibilang rendah. Penelitian ini merancang kelas ibu hamil menggunakan metode daring yang mudah dan dapat menjangkau lebih banyak ibu hamil pada masa pandmei Covid-19 yaitu menggunakan google classroom. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pelatihan menggunakan google classroom untuk memberikan keterampilan ibu agar ibu dapat lebih cepat mendeteksi dini tanda bahaya kehamilan, sehingga bila ibu mendapatkan gejala tanda bahaya kehamilan agar segera tertangani. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasy experiment dengan pre-post test design with kontrol. Subjeknya adalah ibu hamil trimeseter 1-3 yang datang di wilayah Puskesmas Wedi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekskulsi. Peneliti membuat kelas ibu hamil daring menggunakan google classroom yang dihadiri setiap minggunya. Sampel sebanyak 40 setiap kelompok dengan total sampel 80 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji T-Test. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan Peningkatan skor keterampilan ibu dalam mendeteksi tanda bahaya pada kelompok kontrol lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan kelompok kelompok intervensi (22,83±8,57; 45,0±14,85). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan ada pengaruh classroom ibu hamil terhadap peningkatan keterampilan ibu hamil dalam mendeteksi tanda bahaya kehamilan (p value 0,001). Simpulan: Pada masa pandemik Covid-19, Kelas ibu hamil menggunakan google classroom ibu hamil dapat dijadikan alternatif Pendidikan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan ibu dalam deteksi tanda bahaya kehamilan.
Background: Detecting danger signs of pregnancy is an important skill for pregnant women to prevent pregnancy complications. In  the Wedi Health Center area, there is no training/class for remote mothers in the area and the incidence of pregnancy problems in the Wedi Health Center area is not low. This study designed a class for pregnant women using an online method that is easy and can reach more pregnant women During the Covid-19 pandemic, using Google classroom. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of training using google classroom to provide mother skills so that mothers can more quickly detect danger signs of pregnancy so that if mothers get symptoms of danger signs of pregnancy, they can be handled immediately. Methods: A quasi-experiment with a pre-post test design with control was used in this study. The subjects were pregnant women in trimesters 1-3 who came to the Wedi Health Center area and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. A sample of 40 in each group with a total sample of 80 people. Analysis of the test using the T-test. Results showed that the increase in the mother's skill score in detecting danger signs in the control group was lower than in the intervention group (22.83±8.57; 45.0±14.85) Results: The results of the statistical test showed that there was an effect on pregnant women's classroom on increasing skills of pregnant women in detecting danger signs of pregnancy (p-value 0.000). Conclusion: During the Covid-19 pandemic, the classroom for pregnant women can be used as an alternative to education to improve the skills of mothers in detecting dangerous signs of pregnancy.
