PENGARUH HIPERTENSI DAN KETUBAN PECAH DINI TERHADAP PERSALINAN PRETERM

Abstract

Preterm labor is the main cause of perinatal death in Indonesia that is 19%. In muhammadiyah hospital, preterm incident increase in last 3 years that is in 2,57% in 2013, 3,04% in 2014 and 3,05% in 2015. Hypertension is one of pre-eclampsia symptom, and early membrane rupture as cause factor from preterm has increase too. Early membrane rupture incident in 2013 that is 346 cases, 324 cases in 2014, and 410 cases in 2015. Purpose i]of this study is to know influence of hypertension and early membrane rupture to preterm labor in muhammadiyah hospital in metro. Design of this study is analytic with case control approach. Population of this study are all of labor mother in muhammadiyah hospital in 2015 that is 1802. Sample of this case are 33 mothers and 66 mothers as control. Sampling technique of case samples is use simple random sampling, and systematic random sampling for control samples. Analysis that use are univariate and bivariate use chi square. There is no influence of hypertension to preterm labor, p value = 0,434. There is correlation between early membrane rupture to preterm labor, p value = 0,004 and OR 4,103. Muhammadiyah hospital in metro to can doing early detected of maker of preterm labor incident and doing preventive action to minimize risk factor to decrease complication and fetal death.
