Analisis Hasil Six Sigma dan Total Error Pada Pemeriksaan Elektrolit Di Laboratorium Rumah Sakit X

Abstract

Pemeriksaan elektrolit berperan penting dalam mendukung diagnosis, terapi, dan pemantauan kondisi pasien. Untuk memastikan hasil pemeriksaan elektrolit yang akurat dan presisi diperlukan  evaluasi mutu analitik, yaitu menggunakan metode Six Sigma dan Total Error (TE). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja analitik pemeriksaan elektrolit natrium (Na⁺), kalium (K⁺), dan klorida (Cl⁻) menggunakan metode Six Sigma dan Total Error di Laboratorium RS X. Jenis penelitian ini observasional deskriptif retrospektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Internal Quality Control (IQC) pemeriksaan elektrolit selama periode Februari 2026. Data diperoleh dari pemeriksaan bahan kontrol elektrolit menggunakan alat electrolyte analyzer. Analisis data meliputi perhitungan mean, standar deviasi (SD), koefisien variasi (CV%), bias, recovery, Total Error (TE), dan nilai Six Sigma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai sigma untuk natrium, kalium, dan klorida masing-masing sebesar 1,91σ; 0,28σ; dan 1,22σ. Nilai Total Error yang diperoleh berturut-turut sebesar 8,63%, 56,85%, dan 13,34%. Parameter natrium masih berada di bawah batas Total Allowable Error (TEa) sebesar 10%, sedangkan kalium dan klorida melebihi batas TEa yang ditetapkan. Nilai CV tertinggi ditemukan pada kalium (34,16%), menunjukkan presisi yang rendah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kinerja analitik pemeriksaan elektrolit memiliki nilai sigma <3. Diperlukan evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan terhadap sistem pengendalian mutu untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium.
